Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of LiquidateNow and the sale of inventory you consign to us, operated by Via Trading.

Service: we review, grade, market, and sell your inventory across our buyer network, coordinate logistics, and remit your proceeds.
Consignment & fees: we sell on your behalf and earn a commission deducted from the final sale price — there is no upfront cost to you.
Price approval: we agree a floor price with you, and nothing sells below it without your sign-off.
Payment: once goods sell, proceeds are paid net of commission — by lump sum or scheduled payouts as agreed.
Ownership & accuracy: you confirm you own the goods, are free to resell them, and that the manifests you provide are accurate.
Liability & termination: liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement, and either party may end the engagement under its terms.

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share when you request a proposal or use the service.

What we collect: your contact and company details, and the inventory information you provide (including any files you upload).
How we use it: to prepare your proposal, run the sale, coordinate logistics and payment, and communicate with you about your account.
Sharing: shared only with Via Trading, the people working on your account, and the service providers needed to deliver the service — we do not sell your personal data.
Brand anonymity: on request, your company and brands are kept off public-facing listings.
Retention & security: we keep records as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations, protected by reasonable safeguards.
Your choices: request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime — email info@liquidatenow.com.

Acceptable use

What can and can't be sold through LiquidateNow, and the standards every seller agrees to.

You must legally own the goods and be free to resell them.
Prohibited without disclosure and clearance: recalled, counterfeit, stolen, or hazardous goods, and anything restricted by law.
Manifests must be accurate — condition, counts, and categories should reflect the actual lot.
Misrepresented or prohibited goods may be removed from sale, and repeated misuse can end the engagement.
